Where do I even begin? I worked with Kristy in trying to find a house for about a year. I had a very specific type of house/lot in mind and I'll be the first to say that it was no easy task! With the crazy seller's market around the Eau Claire area, I really had doubts as to whether we would find what I was looking for. And if we did, would I even have a chance to get an accepted offer?
The patience certainly paid off! Kristy called me one night and said I needed to come look at a house immediately because she was certain if fit what I was looking for. I had my doubts, because let's face it, I'm picky. After looking at it, my doubts faded away and I could certainly picture myself living there. Before I knew it, I had an accepted offer and the only thing left was some paperwork and a little more patience!
I can't stress how easy of a process Kristy made it out to be. She always had my best interests in mind and helped me make the correct decisions since this was my first time buying a home. All of her recommendations turned out to be spot on and I couldn't be happier! I know she was crazy busy with other clients, but she always made herself available whenever I had a question. It really seemed like I was her only client. If you're in the market to either purchase or sell a home, I can't give Kristy a high enough recommendation. She exceeded all of my expectations throughout the process. I think I've had more stressful times purchasing a vehicle!
Kristy went above and beyond from the day we contacted her to list our home. She kept us well informed throughout the entire selling and closing process and was always looking out for our best interest. Her marketing plan sold our home in less than three months, even with the initial listing in July, the 2nd worst month to sell a home. We greatly appreciate Kristy's attention to detail and highly recommend her if you are looking to buy or sell a home.
Kristy is one amazing lady/Realtor! We have used her in three transactions and one of them was our log home listed, that we did a ton of work in prior and she promoted great, and with awesome pics and drone shots! The best part was we sold our log home in one day of being listed!
We made a plan and she took it to a awesome level and made it happen, in including a bad home inspection and a underwriter causing problems and the stress of us,
So I would say give Kristy a call and your home is as good as SOLD!
Sometimes in life you meet a sales person/real estate agent that totally gets it! Kristy has incredible people skills, smart and works very hard to make things happen! Our experience with Kristy was awesome! She was on top of everything and really cares. Believe me any real estate business we do in the future will be with her!
