Where do I even begin? I worked with Kristy in trying to find a house for about a year. I had a very specific type of house/lot in mind and I'll be the first to say that it was no easy task! With the crazy seller's market around the Eau Claire area, I really had doubts as to whether we would find what I was looking for. And if we did, would I even have a chance to get an accepted offer?
The patience certainly paid off! Kristy called me one night and said I needed to come look at a house immediately because she was certain if fit what I was looking for. I had my doubts, because let's face it, I'm picky. After looking at it, my doubts faded away and I could certainly picture myself living there. Before I knew it, I had an accepted offer and the only thing left was some paperwork and a little more patience!
I can't stress how easy of a process Kristy made it out to be. She always had my best interests in mind and helped me make the correct decisions since this was my first time buying a home. All of her recommendations turned out to be spot on and I couldn't be happier! I know she was crazy busy with other clients, but she always made herself available whenever I had a question. It really seemed like I was her only client. If you're in the market to either purchase or sell a home, I can't give Kristy a high enough recommendation. She exceeded all of my expectations throughout the process. I think I've had more stressful times purchasing a vehicle!
Communication and Efficiency are the top two attributes I believe a successful agent needs to have outside of just being a good person. If you were to ask me why Kristy is so successful and seen as a top agent I'd have to take pause as I wouldn't be able to narrow down just one or even 10 for that matter. Kristy combines knowledge with openness to learn, success while being humble, excitement without misleading. Kristy makes lives better by just being her as she embodies what I believe to be a excellent human being which in turn puts her easily into being a Top Agent.
With homes being sold as fast as they hit the market, you need someone in your corner. Someone who knows their stuff, someone who isn't going to let you miss out on any opportunities. Being first time homebuyers, we had SO many questions and initially felt in over our heads. I cannot speak highly enough of Kristy and her work ethic. She WORKS for you! There were nights where we'd be sitting at her desk well past 8 pm writing an offer because that's what the situation required. She understands the demands of the market and have every confidence that she will put you in your dream home! We are so in love with our home and the buying experience we had and can't wait to work with Kristy in the future!
