Kristy went above and beyond from the day we contacted her to list our home. She kept us well informed throughout the entire selling and closing process and was always looking out for our best interest. Her marketing plan sold our home in less than three months, even with the initial listing in July, the 2nd worst month to sell a home. Kristy did an outstanding job for us when we were buying our house last month. She had constant updates sent to me on possible houses we may be interested in. I saw a house that had just moments before hit the market. I notified her. She got us in to see the house 1 hour later. We were the first people to see it, we put in an offer on the spot. 5 hours later we owned that house. She went above and beyond what I think any realtor would have done in those 5 hours. I will not deny that I referred to her as Kickass Kristy after that. If anyone is looking for a realtor, she is the one for you!
With homes being sold as fast as they hit the market, you need someone in your corner. Someone who knows their stuff, someone who isn't going to let you miss out on any opportunities. Being first time homebuyers, we had SO many questions and initially felt in over our heads. I cannot speak highly enough of Kristy and her work ethic. She WORKS for you! There were nights where we'd be sitting at her desk well past 8 pm writing an offer because that's what the situation required.
