I have dealt with alot of so called Realtors and have been one myself. Kristy has been our Realtor and has gone above and beyond to take care of us, and truly has our best interest in mind. I've just always known Kristy to be very hard working, so warm,
positive and easy to work with. When deciding which broker to
select I wanted someone with my best interest in mind, that can
be positive and isn't just focused on commission. She was
excellent! I consider myself a bit "needy"
when it comes to large decisions and purchases like this...she
was so patient and understanding.
Kristy did an outstanding job for us when we were buying our house last month. She had constant updates sent to me on possible houses we may be interested in. I saw a house that had just moments before hit the market. I notified her. She got us in to see the house 1 hour later. We were the first people to see it, we put in an offer on the spot. 5 hours later we owned that house. She went above and beyond what I think any realtor would have done in those 5 hours. I will not deny that I referred to her as Kickass Kristy after that. If anyone is looking for a realtor, she is the one for you!
Kristy is an exceptional realtor. She worked with my wife and I through many details step by step, kept us updated with the process and gave us tips for selling the house faster. We had offers within a few days and even though we had a potential buyer back out at the last minute, she helped us to quickly put the house in the market again and got us another offer within a couple of days. You will be glad to have her as your realtor.
