My husband and I were ready to sell our first house to move to the country, we were just missing one thing - a real estate agent. Kristy went above and beyond from the day we contacted her to list our home. She kept us well informed throughout the entire selling and closing process and was always looking out for our best interest. Her marketing plan sold our home in less than three months, even with the initial listing in July, the 2nd worst month to sell a home. We greatly appreciate Kristy's attention to detail and highly recommend her if you are looking to buy or sell a home.
Communication and Efficiency are the top two attributes I believe a successful agent needs to have outside of just being a good person. If you were to ask me why Kristy is so successful and seen as a top agent I'd have to take pause as I wouldn't be able to narrow down just one or even 10 for that matter.
