I know Kristy on a personal level moreso than from a client/realtor relationship. What I can say is that if she mirrors her genuine personality in her profession she is the best woman for the job. She is honest and trustworthy, kind and respectful and anyone would receive an honest opinion and professional representation from her. Kristy did an outstanding job for us when we were buying our house last month. She had constant updates sent to me on possible houses we may be interested in. I saw a house that had just moments before hit the market. I notified her. She got us in to see the house 1 hour later. We were the first people to see it, we put in an offer on the spot. 5 hours later we owned that house. She went above and beyond what I think any realtor would have done in those 5 hours. I will not deny that I referred to her as Kickass Kristy after that. If anyone is looking for a realtor, she is the one for you!
Kristy not only gave us the confidence to go after a VA loan but also hooked us up with a lender best suited to help us. She always has a positive attitude with a smile on her face as she goes out of her way to help you with the home loan process. She has a wealth of knowledge and works hard to find the perfect home for each one of her customers. She is kind, positive and upbeat while at the same time very hardworking and dedicated to making sure her customers are happy.
