Excellent realtor! Kristy goes above and beyond what is expected from a realtor. She made sure we knew what was going on during the process of buying and selling our house. As a home inspector, Kristy is one of my favorite Realtors to work with. She is always honest, hard working and straight to the point but in a fun, professional and relaxed manner. She always has her clients best interest at heart, and it shows. If I have any questions regarding any of her clients concerns or property information, she always makes time in her busy schedule to answer promptly. I would highly recommend her to anyone buying or selling a home, they are getting one of the best!
I would never go with anyone else other than Kristy Theiss as my realtor. I recommend her as one of the highest regarded realtors in Eau Claire. With everyone we encountered from inspectors to builders and other realtors, Kristy is looked upon with respect and NO WHERE can I find a person that has had a bad experience in working with her. She treats people with the care one needs when making a decision like buying, or in our case, building a house.
It's hard to explain how accommodating and helpful Kristy was in something as short and informal as a Facebook review. But, Kristy did everything we could've hoped for from our very first meeting with her that lasted almost 2 hours due to all of our questions to closing day where she stayed with us until the very last piece of paperwork was signed. From start to finish she did everything she could to make sure we were knowledgeable and comfortable in our decision. If I could give her more than 5 stars I would. Working with Kristy was everything we could've hoped for and more!!!
