Kristy is one amazing lady/Realtor! We have used her in three transactions and one of them was our log home listed, that we did a ton of work in prior and she promoted great, and with awesome pics and drone shots! The best part was we sold our log home in one day of being listed!
We made a plan and she took it to a awesome level and made it happen, in including a bad home inspection and a underwriter causing problems and the stress of us,

Kristy did an outstanding job for us when we were buying our house last month. She had constant updates sent to me on possible houses we may be interested in. I saw a house that had just moments before hit the market. I notified her. She got us in to see the house 1 hour later. We were the first people to see it, we put in an offer on the spot. 5 hours later we owned that house. She went above and beyond what I think any realtor would have done in those 5 hours. I will not deny that I referred to her as Kickass Kristy after that. If anyone is looking for a realtor, she is the one for you!
We contacted Kristy recently about selling and buying a home. She promptly got back to me and set up an appointment. Kristy brought all paperwork to show us comparisons on the market. She answered all our questions and more. Kristy is very thorough and honest. Her passion for her job and clients is very obvious! From viewing her fb page you can see that she's one busy lady but she makes you feel like you're her number one priority when she's with you. If anyone asks me about a realtor, I don't hesitate to recommend Kristy! I know she won't let you down!
