My husband and I rented for years and weren't confident that we could actually own our own home. As a home inspector, I’ve worked with Kristy several times. It’s not an exaggeration to say she is simply the best! All the clichés apply, but they really are true. No one cares more about their clients than she does! Not only is she incredibly knowledgeable in the real estate field, she does an amazing job in educating her clients as well. Kristy did an outstanding job for us when we were buying our house last month. She had constant updates sent to me on possible houses we may be interested in. I saw a house that had just moments before hit the market. I notified her. She got us in to see the house 1 hour later. We were the first people to see it, we put in an offer on the spot. 5 hours later we owned that house. She went above and beyond what I think any realtor would have done in those 5 hours. I will not deny that I referred to her as Kickass Kristy after that. If anyone is looking for a realtor, she is the one for you!
