Kristy did an outstanding job for us when we were buying our house last month. She had constant updates sent to me on possible houses we may be interested in. I saw a house that had just moments before hit the market. I notified her. She got us in to see the house 1 hour later. We were the first people to see it, we put in an offer on the spot. 5 hours later we owned that house. She went above and beyond what I think any realtor would have done in those 5 hours. I will not deny that I referred to her as Kickass Kristy after that. If anyone is looking for a realtor, she is the one for you!
We contacted Kristy recently about selling and buying a home. She promptly got back to me and set up an appointment. Kristy brought all paperwork to show us comparisons on the market. She answered all our questions and more. Kristy is very thorough and honest. Her passion for her job and clients is very obvious!
