I've just always known Kristy to be very hard working, so warm,
positive and easy to work with. When deciding which broker to
select I wanted someone with my best interest in mind, that can
be positive and isn't just focused on commission. She was
excellent! I consider myself a bit "needy"
when it comes to large decisions and purchases like this...she
was so patient and understanding.

Kristy did an outstanding job for us when we were buying our house last month. She had constant updates sent to me on possible houses we may be interested in. I saw a house that had just moments before hit the market. I notified her. She got us in to see the house 1 hour later. We were the first people to see it, we put in an offer on the spot. 5 hours later we owned that house. She went above and beyond what I think any realtor would have done in those 5 hours. I will not deny that I referred to her as Kickass Kristy after that. If anyone is looking for a realtor, she is the one for you!
Kristy did an amazing job at both selling our house and getting us in our DREAM home! My favorite thing about Kristy is that she is up with technology and the times! Not saying there is anything wrong with the old school ways but in this day and age if you want that first movers advantage in life you need to be ahead of the curve and Kristy is doing just that! She is paving her own path in real estate here in Wisconsin!
My husband and I rented for years and weren't confident that we could actually own our own home. Kristy gave us the confidence to go after our dreams and set us up with contacts so that my husband could finally make use of his VA loan.
