Communication and Efficiency are the top two attributes I believe a successful agent needs to have outside of just being a good person. If you were to ask me why Kristy is so successful and seen as a top agent I'd have to take pause as I wouldn't be able to narrow down just one or even 10 for that matter. Kristy made the process of buying AND selling incredibly easy! When we started peeking around at what was out there for homes, we didn't know Kristy. Our first encounter, she was prompt, professional, knowledgeable and friendly - we decided right away we wanted her on our side! When we found the house we fell in love with, we listed our current home, accepted an offer within days and put our offer in on the new place. Everything happened quickly, professionally, and seamlessly!

Kristy is one amazing lady/Realtor! We have used her in three transactions and one of them was our log home listed, that we did a ton of work in prior and she promoted great, and with awesome pics and drone shots! The best part was we sold our log home in one day of being listed!
