We listed our home with Kristy & couldn't have been any happier with the sale. She spent a lot of time making sure we understood everything and she was available to answer any questions we had through the process. She is great at what she does! It's hard to explain how accommodating and helpful Kristy was in something as short and informal as a Facebook review. But, Kristy did everything we could've hoped for from our very first meeting with her that lasted almost 2 hours due to all of our questions to closing day where she stayed with us until the very last piece of paperwork was signed. From start to finish she did everything she could to make sure we were knowledgeable and comfortable in our decision. If I could give her more than 5 stars I would. Working with Kristy was everything we could've hoped for and more!!!

Communication and Efficiency are the top two attributes I believe a successful agent needs to have outside of just being a good person. If you were to ask me why Kristy is so successful and seen as a top agent I'd have to take pause as I wouldn't be able to narrow down just one or even 10 for that matter. Kristy combines knowledge with openness to learn, success while being humble, excitement without misleading.
